٢٩٣٥٢ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا عبد الرحيم عن إسماعيل عن الحسن قال: ليس للزوج ولا للمراة عفو في الدم، وإن عفا احد من الورثة جاز عفوه وصارت الدية.
Ismail narrates that Hasan Basri said: The husband and wife do not have the right to pardon in the case of blood, and if any of the heirs pardons, then his pardon is valid and blood money will be obligatory.
