The House in Which the Qur'an is Recited

٣٢٠٢٠ - حدثنا ابو معاوية عن ليث عن ابن سابط قال: إن البيوت التي يقرا فيها القرآن لتضيء لاهل السماء كما تضيء (النجوم) (١) لاهل الارض، قال: وإن البيت الذي لا يقرا فيه القرآن ليضيق على اهله، وتحضره الشياطين، وتنفر منه الملائكة، وإن اصفر البيوت لبيت صفر من كتاب الله.
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) في [أ، ط، هـ]: (السماء).
Hazrat Laith narrates that Hazrat Ibn Sabit said: Indeed, the houses in which the Qur'an is recited shine for the inhabitants of the heavens like stars, and he said: And indeed, the house in which the Qur'an is not recited, its inhabitants are subjected to hardship. And the devils become present there, and the angels flee from that house. And indeed, among the houses, the truly empty house is the one that is empty of the Book of Allah.
