٣٣١٩٧ - حدثنا وكيع عن عمر بن (بشير) (١) الهمداني عن الشعبي عن ابن مسعود انه كان يقول في الخالة والنعمة: للعمة الثلثان وللخالة الثلث (٢).
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) في [أ، هـ]: (بشر)، وفي [جـ]: (بشر بن).
(٢) ضعيف؛ لضعف عمر بن بشير الهمذاني.
Sha'bi narrates that Hazrat Ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) said regarding the maternal and paternal aunts that the paternal aunt receives two-thirds of the wealth and the maternal aunt receives one-third of the wealth.
