Regarding a Man Who Leaves a Maternal Uncle and a Niece at Death

٣٣٢١١ - حدثنا يحيى بن آدم عن وهيب عن ابن طاوس عن ابيه عن ابن عباس قال: قال رسول الله ﷺ:"الحقوا الفرائض باهلها، (فما) (١) بقي فهو لاولى رجل (٢)" (٣).
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) في [ب]: (فيما).
(٢) في [هـ]: زيادة (ذكر).
(٣) صحيح؛ أخرجه البخاري (٦٧٣٢)، ومسلم (١٦١٥).
Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Give the inheritances to those who are entitled to them, and whatever remains, it is for the nearest male relative."
