٣٣٤٥١ - حدثنا محمد بن بشر قال: ثنا سعيد عن قتادة عن علي وزيد في ابن الملاعنة قالا: الثلث لامه، وما بقي في بيت المال (١).
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) منقطع، قتادة لم يسمع من علي وزيد.
Qatadah narrates that Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) and Zaid (may Allah be pleased with him) said regarding the son of the woman who performed li'an that one third of the wealth is for his mother and the remaining wealth will be kept in the treasury (Bayt al-Mal).
