Regarding the Son of a Woman Who Performed Li'an: If His Mother Is Deceased, Who Inherits and Who Is His 'Asabah?

٣٣٤٥٨ - حدثنا وكيع قال: ثنا موسى بن عبيدة عن نافع عن ابن عمر قال: ابن الملاعنة عصبته عصبة امه (يرثهم و) (١) يرثونه (٢) (٣).
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) سقط من: [أ، ب].
(٢) زيادة في [أ، ب]: (ويعقلون عنه).
(٣) ضعيف؛ لضعف موسى بن عبيدة.
Nafi' narrates that Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) said that the 'asabah (agnatic relatives) of the son of the woman who performs li'an are the same people who are the 'asabah of his mother; he will inherit from them and they will inherit from him.
