٣٣٤٦٣ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: ثنا وكيع قال: قال حمزة: وكان ابن ابي ليلى يقول: للخال الثلثان، وللخالة الثلث.
Hamzah narrates that Hazrat Ibn Abi Layla used to say that the maternal uncle is entitled to two-thirds of the wealth and the maternal aunt to one-third of the wealth.
