٣٣٦٩٣ - [حدثنا وكيع قال: حدثنا ابان بن صمعة عن عكرمة عن ابن عباس قال: إذا تزوج المملوك الحرة، فما جرى في الرحم، فولاؤه لموالي الام، فإذا اعتق اللاب جر الولاء] (١) (٢).
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) سقط الخبر من: [أ، ب، ط، هـ].
(٢) صحيح؛ أخرجه إسحاق بن منصور في مسائل أحمد ٢/ ٤٢٧ (٢٩٩١).
Ikrimah narrates from Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) that he said: When a slave marries a free woman, then the wala’ (right of inheritance/freedom) of the child born from the womb will belong to the mother’s masters; when the father becomes free, he will take over the wala’.
