حدثنا علي بن محمد المصري ، نا مقدام بن داود ، ثنا علي بن معبد ، ثنا إسحاق بن ابي يحيى الكعبي ، عن ابن جريج ، عن عطاء ، عن ابن عباس ، قال: كان لرسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم مؤذن يطرب، فقال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم:" الاذان سمح سهل فإن كان اذانك سهلا سمحا وإلا فلا تؤذن" .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) had a muezzin who used to call the adhan quickly, so the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: "The adhan is a way of gentleness and ease. If you are going to call the adhan with gentleness and ease, then fine, otherwise do not call it."

تخریج الحدیث: «إسناده ضعيف، وأخرجه الدارقطني فى ((سننه)) برقم: 917، 1877، وقال الدارقطني: فيه إسحاق بن أبى يحيى ضعيف لسان الميزان: 84/2»
