Chapter on the Time of Asr and What Has Been Reported Regarding It
Hadith Number: 1132
عن ابي مليح قال: كنا مع بريدة (يعني الاسلمي) في غزاة في يوم ذي غيم فقال: بكروا بالصلاة فإن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم قال: ((من ترك صلاة العصر حبط عمله))
Abu Mulaaih says: We were with Sayyiduna Buraidah Aslami (may Allah be pleased with him) in a battle. On a cloudy day, he said: Perform this prayer quickly, because the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever abandons the Asr prayer, his deeds will be lost.
