The Fourth Section Regarding His Agreement with the Truth or Being Among the Inspired Ones
Hadith Number: 12206
عن ابي هريرة قال قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم ”إنه قد كان فيما مضى قبلكم من الامم ناس يحدثون وإنه إن كان في امتي هذه منهم احد فإنه عمر بن الخطاب“
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: Among the previous nations before you, there were people who used to receive inspiration from Allah. If there is any such person in my Ummah, it would be Umar bin Khattab, may Allah be pleased with him.
