الباب الثالث فى فضل سكنى المدينة والصبر على لأواء ها وكراهة الخروج منها رغبة عنها وإنها تنفي الخبث عنها
The third chapter regarding the virtue of residing in Madinah, patience with its hardships, the dislike of leaving it out of aversion, and that it expels impurity from itself
Hadith Number: 12641
وعنه في اخرى عن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم انه قال ”تفتح البلاد والامصار فيقول الرجال لإخوانهم هلموا إلى الريف والمدينة خير لهم لو كانوا يعلمون لا يصبر على لاوائها وشدتها احد إلا كنت له يوم القيامة شهيدا او شفيعا“
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: Many other regions and cities will be conquered, so some people will say to their brothers: Come, let us go there, there is prosperity there, although residing in Madinah would be better for them, if they knew. Whoever endures hardships and difficulties in Madinah with patience, I will be a witness or an intercessor for him on the Day of Resurrection.
