هول يوم القيامة ودنو الشمس من رءوس الخلائق
The terror of the Day of Resurrection and the sun drawing near to the heads of creation
Hadith Number: 13080
عن ابي سعيد الخدري رضي الله عنه قال: قيل لرسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم: يوما كان مقداره خمسين الف سنة ما اطول هذا اليوم؟ فقال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم: ”والذي نفسي بيده! إنه ليخفف على المؤمن حتى يكون اخف عليه من صلاة مكتوبة يصليها في الدنيا“
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id Khudri, may Allah be pleased with him, that someone said to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him: The Day of Resurrection, which will be equal to fifty thousand years, how long that day will be. The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: By Him in Whose hand is my soul! That day will be so short for the believer that it will feel even less than the time it takes to perform an obligatory prayer in this world.
