باب فى الفصل بين الأذان والإقامة ومن أذن فهو يقيم
Chapter on the Interval Between Adhan and Iqamah and That Whoever Calls the Adhan Should Also Give the Iqamah
Hadith Number: 1309
عن زياد بن نعيم الحضرمي عن زياد بن الحارث الصدائي انه اذن فاراد بلال ان يقيم، فقال النبي صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم: ((يا اخا صدائ! إن الذي اذن فهو يقيم))
Ziyad bin Nu'aym Hadrami narrates that Sayyiduna Ziyad bin Harith Sudai (may Allah be pleased with him) gave the adhan, then Sayyiduna Bilal (may Allah be pleased with him) intended to give the iqamah, but the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "O brother of Suda'! The one who has given the adhan should give the iqamah."
