Chapter on the virtue of the believer, his description, and his likeness
Hadith Number: 153
(وعنه في اخرى) سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم يقول: ((المسلم من سلم المسلمون من لسانه ويده والمهاجر من هجر ما نهى الله عنه))
In another narration from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amr bin al-As (may Allah be pleased with them both), the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "A Muslim is the one from whose tongue and hand other Muslims are safe, and a Muhajir (emigrant) is the one who abandons what Allah the Exalted has forbidden."
