Chapter on the virtue of the believer, his description, and his likeness
Hadith Number: 157
عن ابي هريرة رضي الله عنه قال: جاء رجل إلى النبي صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم فقال: يا رسول الله! إني احدث نفسي بالحديث، لان اخر من السماء احب إلي من ان اتكلم به، قال: ((ذلك صريح الإيمان))
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that a man came to the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and said: "O Messenger of Allah! Some thoughts come into my mind such that I would prefer to fall from the sky rather than speak about them." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "This is a clear sign of faith."
