It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas’ud (may Allah be pleased with him), the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said:“After thirty-five or thirty-six or thirty-seven years, the mill of Islam will turn. After that, if they (remain misguided and) are destroyed, they will be like those who were destroyed before, and if their religion remains established for them, it will remain established for seventy years.”I said, and according to one narration, Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said:“O Prophet of Allah! Including the past or a continuous seventy years?”He (peace and blessings be upon him) said:“A continuous seventy years.”
