Hadith Number: 4533
(ومن طريق ثان) قال: سمعت جدتي تقول سمعت نبي الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم بعرفات يخطب يقول: ((غفر الله للمحلقين)) ثلاث مرار قالوا: والمقصرين؟ فقال: ((والمقصرين)) في الرابعة
His grandmother says: I heard the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say three times in the sermon at Arafat: Allah Almighty forgive those who shave their heads. The people said: And those who shorten their hair? The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said the fourth time: And also forgive those who shorten their hair.
