باب ما جاء فى التضحية عن الميت بوصية منه ومن أذن فى انتهاب أضحية -
Chapter on What Has Been Reported Regarding Sacrifice on Behalf of the Deceased by His Bequest and Who Permitted Taking the Udhiyah of the Deceased
Hadith Number: 4715
عن حنش قال رايت عليا رضي الله عنه يضحي بكبشين فقلت له ما هذا فقال اوصاني رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم ان اضحي عنه
It is narrated from Hanish, he says: I saw Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) sacrificing two rams. I asked him: What is this? He said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) advised me to offer a sacrifice on his behalf.
تخریج الحدیث: «اسناده ضعيف لجھالة ابي الحسنائ، وشريكُ النخعي سييء الحفظ، أخرجه أبوداود: 2790، والترمذي: 1495، (انظر مسند أحمد ترقيم الرسالة: 1286 ترقیم بيت الأفكار الدولية: 1286»
حكم: اسناده ضعيف لجھالة ابي الحسنائ
