باب عقاب من مثل بعبده أو رماء بالزنا وهو برىء
Chapter on the Punishment of One Who Mutilates His Slave or Accuses Him of Adultery While He Is Innocent
Hadith Number: 5244
عن ابي هريرة رضي الله عنه قال سمعت نبي التوبة صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم يقول ايما رجل قذف مملوكه وهو بريء مما قال يقام عليه الحد يوم القيامة إلا ان يكون كما قال
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet of Repentance (may Allah be pleased with him) said: Whoever accuses his slave of something, while the slave is innocent of it, then on the Day of Resurrection, such a master will be punished with the prescribed punishment, unless the slave turns out to be as he had said.
