باب عقاب من مثل بعبده أو رماء بالزنا وهو برىء
Chapter on the Punishment of One Who Mutilates His Slave or Accuses Him of Adultery While He Is Innocent
Hadith Number: 5245
عن ابي ذر رضي الله عنه قال سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم يقول من زنى امة لم يرها تزني جلده الله يوم القيامة بسوط من نار
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever does not see his slave-girl committing adultery, yet still accuses her of adultery, Allah Almighty will strike that person with a whip of fire on the Day of Resurrection.
