باب وعيد العبد إذا نقص من صديه أو تولى غير مواليه أو سرق أو أبق
Chapter on the Threat to the Slave Who Defrauds His Master, Turns to Other Than His Masters, Steals, or Runs Away
Hadith Number: 5260
عن جرير بن عبد الله رضي الله عنه عن النبي صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم قال إذا ابق العبد فلحق بالعدو فمات فهو كافر
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Jarir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: When a slave runs away and joins the enemy, and then dies in that state, he will be a disbeliever.
