Chapter on Using Discretion in Oaths, Dissembling, and Referring to Intention
Hadith Number: 5316
عن ابن عمر رضي الله عنهما يبلغ به النبي صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم من حلف على يمين فقال إن شاء الله فقد استثنى
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever swears an oath and also says "InshaAllah" has made an exception to his oath.
