باب الأمر بأبرار المقسم والرحصة فى تركه للعدر ومن كذب بصره وصدق الحالف
Chapter on the Command to Fulfill the Request of the One Who Swears, the Concession to Leave It for Excuse, and Whoever Disbelieved His Eyes and Believed the Oath-Taker
Hadith Number: 5334
عن البراء بن عازب رضي الله عنه قال امرنا رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم بسبع ونهانا عن سبع قال فذكر ما امرهم من عيادة المريض واتباع الجنائز وتشميت العاطس ورد السلام وإبرار المقسم الحديث
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Bara’ bin Azib (may Allah be pleased with him), he says: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) commanded us regarding seven things and forbade us from seven, then he mentioned those matters which the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) commanded, among them were: visiting the sick, following the funeral processions, saying“Yarhamukallah”to one who sneezes, responding to greetings, and fulfilling the oath of one who swears, … .
