باب من نذر ندرا مباحا أو غير مشروع أو لا يطيقه وكفاره ذلك
Chapter on Whoever Vows Something Permissible, Not Legislated, or Beyond His Ability, and Its Expiation
Hadith Number: 5374
عنه ايضا ان اخته نذرت ان تمشي حافية غير مختمرة فسال النبي صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم فقال إن الله لا يصنع بشقاء اختك شيئا مرها فلتختمر ولتركب ولتصم ثلاثة ايام
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Uqbah bin Amir Juhani, may Allah be pleased with him, that his sister made a vow to walk barefoot and without a shawl. When she asked the Noble Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, he said: Allah the Exalted does not wish to bring about any hardship for your sister. Tell her to wear her shawl, ride (her mount), and fast for three days.
تخریج الحدیث: «حديث صحيح دون قوله ولتصم ثلاثة ايام وھذا اسناد ضعيف، عبيد الله بن زحر محتلف فيه، أخرجه أبوداود: 3294، والترمذي: 1544، وابن ماجه: 983، (انظر مسند أحمد ترقيم الرسالة: 17306 ترقیم بيت الأفكار الدولية: 17439»
حكم: حديث صحيح دون قوله ولتصم ثلاثة ايام وھذا اسناد ضعيف
