باب من باع دارا أو عقارا فلم يجعل ثمنها فى مثلها
Chapter: One who sells a house or property and does not invest its price in something similar
Hadith Number: 5798
عن سعيد بن زيد رضي الله عنه ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم قال لا يبارك في ثمن ارض ولا دار لا يجعل في ارض ولا دار
Narrated by Sayyiduna Saeed bin Zaid (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: There is no blessing in the price of land and house, unless it is spent on purchasing similar land and house.
