Chapter on What Has Been Reported Regarding the Virtue of Ablution and Prayer Thereafter
Hadith Number: 597
عن زيد بن خالد الجهني رضي الله عنه ان النبي صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم قال: ((من توضا فاحسن وضوءه ثم صلى ركعتين لا يسهو فيهما غفر الله له ما تقدم من ذنبه))
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Zaid bin Khalid Al-Juhani, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Noble Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever performs ablution and performs it well, and then offers two units of prayer without forgetting, Allah Almighty will forgive his past sins."
