باب النهي عن جده وهزله ووعيد من اختصب مال أخيه
Chapter: Prohibition of taking property unjustly, whether in jest or seriousness, and the warning to one who seizes his brother’s wealth
Hadith Number: 6192
عن ابن عمر رضي الله عنهما عن النبي صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم قال الا لا تحتلبن ماشية امرئ إلا بإذنه ايحب احدكم ان توتى مشربته فيكسر بابها ثم ينتثل ما فيها فإن ما في ضروع مواشيهم طعام احدهم الا فلا تحلبن ماشية امرئ إلا بإذنه او قال بامره
Narrated by Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Beware! Do not milk someone’s cattle without their permission. Do you like that someone comes into your upper chamber, breaks its door, and takes away what is inside? In the same way, what is in the udders of the cattle belongs to their owners as food. Beware! Do not milk someone’s cattle without their permission or command.
