Issues of Usurpation
باب من اعتصب أو سرق شيئا من الأرض ولو قيد شير أو ذراع
Chapter: One who seizes or steals something from land, even a span or a cubit
Hadith Number: 6197
عن ابن عمر رضي الله عنهما عن النبي صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم من اخذ شيئا من الارض ظلما خسف إلى سبع ارضين
Narrated by Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar, may Allah be pleased with them both, that the Noble Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: Whoever seizes someone’s land unjustly will be made to sink down through seven earths.
