Chapter: What Has Been Reported Regarding the Story of Ma'iz ibn Malik al-Aslami and His Stoning
Hadith Number: 6691
عن ابي الزبير قال سالت جابرا رضي الله عنه هل رجم رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم فقال نعم رجم رجلا من اسلم ورجلا من اليهود وامراة وقال لليهودي نحكم عليكم اليوم
Abu Zubair says: I asked Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) whether the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) ever stoned anyone. He said: Yes! He stoned a man from the Aslam tribe, a Jew, and a woman. And the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said to the Jew: Today we will judge you.
تخریج الحدیث: «حديث صحيح دون قوله: وقال لليھودي: ’’نحن نحكم عليكم اليوم‘‘، وھذا الاسناد ضعيف من اجل عبد الله بن لھيعة۔ أخرجه مسلم: 1701 دون لفظة: ’’نحن نحكم عليكم اليوم‘‘، (انظر مسند أحمد ترقيم الرسالة: 15151 ترقیم بيت الأفكار الدولية: 15218»
حكم: حديث صحيح دون قوله: وقال لليھودي: ’’نحن نحكم عليكم اليوم‘‘
