Chapter on the Abrogation of the Prohibition of Preparing Nabidh in the Previously Mentioned Vessels

حدثنا عاصم ذكر ان الذي يحدث ان النبي صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم اذن في النبيذ بعد ما نهى عنه منذر ابو حسان ذكره عن سمرة بن جندب رضي الله عنه وكان يقول من خالف الحجاج فقد خالف
Asim narrated that the one who has stated that the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) permitted the drinking of nabidh after having prohibited it, that narrator is Mundhir Abu Hassan. He narrated this from Samurah bin Jundub (may Allah be pleased with him). And he used to say that whoever opposed Hajjaj, then he has opposed.
