Chapter on the Slaughter of an Animal That Falls or Runs Away and the Fetus in Its Mother’s Womb
Hadith Number: 7617
عن ابي سعيد الخدري رضي الله عنه قال سالنا رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم عن الجنين يكون في بطن الناقة او البقرة او الشاة فقال كلوه إن شئتم فإن ذكاته ذكاة امه
Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that we asked the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) about the offspring found in the womb of a she-camel, cow, or goat, which comes out after the animal is slaughtered. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Slaughtering its mother is (considered) its slaughter as well; if you wish, you may eat it.
