(Second chain) Sayyiduna ‘Ubada bin Qirt (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "You are committing such acts that, in your eyes, are finer than a hair, but during the blessed era of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), we used to consider them to be destructive sins." Muhammad bin Sirin says: "He has spoken the truth, and I think that letting the lower garment hang (below the ankles) is also an example of this."
