Hadith Number: 8109
عن ابن عباس رضي الله عنهما قال قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم إن الله لا ينظر إلى مسبل
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Allah Almighty does not look towards the person who lets his lower garment hang down.
