باب ما يقول من عطس ، وما يقوله له من حوله، وما يقول لهم
Chapter on What the One Who Sneezes Should Say, What Those Around Him Should Say to Him, and What He Should Say to Them
Hadith Number: 8246
عن ابي بردة رضي الله عنه عن ابيه رضي الله عنه قال كانت اليهود يتعاطسون عند النبي صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم رجاء ان يقول لهم يرحمكم الله فكان يقول لهم يهديكم الله ويصلح بالكم
Syedna Abu Musa Ash'ari, may Allah be pleased with him, narrates that the Jews used to sneeze in the presence of the Noble Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, hoping that he would say to them, "Yarhamukumullah" (May Allah have mercy on you). But the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, would reply to them: "Yahdikumullah wa yuslihu balakum" (May Allah guide you and set your affairs right).
