That servant is not a believer, by Allah! That servant is not a person of faith. He said this three times. The companions asked: O Messenger of Allah! And who is he? He, peace and blessings be upon him, said: The person whose neighbor is not safe from his harm. They asked: What is meant by "bawa'iq"? He, peace and blessings be upon him, said: His evil.
