باب الرجل إذا لم يكن له وارث يضع ماله حيث شاء
Chapter on a man who has no heir and may dispose of his wealth as he wishes
Hadith Number: 220
نا سفيان، عن ايوب، عن محمد بن سيرين، قال: سالت عبيدة عن رجل لم يعاقد احدا وليست له عصبة تعرف , ايوصي بماله كله؟ قال:" يوصي بماله كله إن شاء" .
Ibn Sirin (may Allah have mercy on him) says: I asked Ubaidah (may Allah have mercy on him), and he said: "If someone has not made a contract and no 'asaba (male agnate relative) is recognized, then if he wishes, he may bequeath all of his wealth."
