Chapter: What is reported regarding seeking the consent of a virgin and a previously married woman
Hadith Number: 561
نا هشيم، انا اشعث بن سوار، عن ابن سيرين، عن شريح، انه كان يقول في اليتيمة:" لا تنكح حتى تستامر، فإن سكتت فهو رضاها، وإن كرهت وتعصت لم تنكح" .
Hazrat Shurayh (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "The marriage of an orphan girl will take place when she accepts with silence or consent; if she refuses, then it will not take place."
