Chapter: What is reported regarding seeking the consent of a virgin and a previously married woman
Hadith Number: 571
نا ابو عوانة، عن منصور، عن إبراهيم , قال: " يزوج الرجل ابنته ولا يستامرها إذا كانت في عياله، وإذا كانت نائية بنفسها مع عيالها وولدها استامرها" .
Ibrahim Nakha'i (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "If the girl lives with her father, she is not to be consulted; if she lives separately, she is to be consulted."
