باب ما جاء في الرجل يتزوج ذات محرم
Chapter: What is reported regarding a man marrying a woman who is a mahram to him
Hadith Number: 838
نا هشيم، قال: انا مغيرة، عن إبراهيم , في رجل تزوج ذات محرم منه , قال:" إن دخل بها فلها الصداق، وإن كان لم يدخل بها فلا صداق لها، ويفرق بينهما" . وقال حماد: " لها ما اخذت" .
Ibrahim Nakha'i (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "If a man marries a woman who is his mahram and consummates the marriage, the woman will receive the dowry; if he does not consummate, she will not receive the dowry, and separation will be enforced between them." And Hammad (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "Whatever the woman has taken is hers."
