Chapter: What is reported regarding a man marrying a woman who is a mahram to him
Hadith Number: 839
نا خالد بن عبد الله، عن مغيرة، عن إبراهيم , قال: " إن لم يكن دخل بها بطل الصداق، وإن دخل بها فلها ما سماها" .
Ibrahim Nakha'i (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "If consummation has not taken place, then the dowry will be void, and if consummation has taken place, then the woman will receive the dowry that was stipulated."
