Chapter: What is reported regarding a man marrying a woman who is a mahram to him
Hadith Number: 841
نا هشيم، قال: انا اشعث، عن الشعبي، قال: " لا شيء لها، دخل بها او لم يدخل بها، ايصدق الرجل اخته او امه؟" .
Hazrat Aamir Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "There is nothing for the woman, whether intercourse has taken place or not. Does a man give a dowry to his sister or mother?"
