Chapter: What is reported regarding a man marrying a woman who is a mahram to him
Hadith Number: 840
نا هشيم، قال: انا يونس، عن الحسن، قال: " إن لم يكن دخل بها فلا شيء لها، وإن كان دخل بها فلها ما اخذت" .
Hasan al-Basri (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "If consummation has not taken place, then the woman has no right; and if consummation has taken place, then whatever she has received is her right."
