باب ما جاء في الرجل يزني وقد تزوج امرأة ولم يدخل بها
Chapter: What is reported regarding a man committing adultery after marrying a woman but before consummation
Hadith Number: 868
نا جرير بن عبد الحميد، عن منصور، عن إبراهيم، في رجل تزوج جارية بكرا، ففجرت قبل ان يدخل بها , قال:" يفرق بينهما ولا صداق لها" .
Ibrahim Nakha'i (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "If a man marries a virgin slave-girl and before consummation she commits fornication, then separation should be made between them and there will be no dowry."
