باب الرجل يتزوج المرأة فيدخل عليها ومعها نساء فوقع على امرأة منهن
Chapter: A man marries a woman, enters upon her, and there are other women with her, and he has intercourse with one of them
Hadith Number: 1016
نا هشيم، انا شعبة، قال: سمعت الحكم، وحمادا، يقولان:" القول قولهما". قال هشيم: وهو القول.
Hazrat Shu’bah (may Allah have mercy on him) said:“I heard both Hakam and Hammad say that the woman’s statement should be accepted.”Hushaym said:“This is the correct opinion.”
