باب ما جاء فيمن طلق قبل أن يملك
Chapter: What is reported regarding one who divorces before having ownership
Hadith Number: 1053
نا ابو معاوية، نا عبيدة، عن إبراهيم، قال: سئل عن رجل تزوج حرة وامة في عقدة , قال:" يثبت نكاح الحرة ويسقط نكاح الامة" .
Ibrahim Nakha'i (may Allah have mercy on him) was asked: If someone marries a free woman and a slave woman at the same time, he said: "The marriage with the free woman will remain valid, and the marriage with the slave woman will be nullified."
