Book of Divorce
باب ما جاء في طلاق السكران ومن لم يره ومن أجازه
Chapter: What is reported regarding the divorce of the intoxicated, the absent, and those who permit it
Hadith Number: 1118
نا ابو معاوية، قال: نا الحجاج، عن الحكم , قال:" كان يقول في طلاق المبرسم، والمحموم الذي يهذي , ونكاح الجن , ان طلاقهم ليس بشيء، وإن نكاح الجن ليس بشيء" .
Hazrat Hakam (may Allah have mercy on him) said: The marriage and divorce of a person suffering from bersem (unconsciousness), a person afflicted with fever who speaks deliriously, and those possessed by jinn have no validity.
