باب الرجل يكتب بطلاق امرأته
Chapter: A man writes a divorce for his wife
Hadith Number: 1186
نا خالد، عن مغيرة، عن إبراهيم، قال: " إذا خط الرجل بيده الطلاق فهو طلاق" .
Ibrahim Nakha'i (may Allah have mercy on him) said: If someone wrote a divorce with his own hand, then the divorce has taken effect.
