باب الرجل يكتب بطلاق امرأته
Chapter: A man writes a divorce for his wife
Hadith Number: 1187
نا إسماعيل بن عياش، عن عبد العزيز بن عبيد الله، عن الشعبي، والحكم، قال: " من خط بيده طلاقا فهو كما كتب" .
Hazrat Aamir Sha'bi and Hakam (may Allah have mercy on them) said: Whoever wrote a divorce, it is binding in the same way as if it was pronounced.
