Book of Divorce
باب من قال لامرأته: أنت طالق إذا شئت
Chapter: One who says to his wife, "You are divorced if you wish"
Hadith Number: 1248
نا هشيم، قال: انا يونس، عن الحسن، انه كان يقول: " إذا لم يعلم ان لها الخيار، فلها الخيار، وإن كان قد غشيها زوجها" .
If, after being freed, the slave-girl does not know that she has the option (of choice), then when she comes to know, the option remains for her, even if intercourse has already taken place.
